Tiffany Michalski appointed executive director of the Wingate Residences at Norton
NORTON, Mass. — The Wingate Residences at Norton recently promoted from within and appointed longtime employee Tiffany Michalski to executive director of the senior assisted living community. Over her 16-year tenure at the Residences at Norton Michalski has held a variety of roles and brings a wealth of knowledge, love for the residents and deep commitment to quality care to her new position.
“I’m excited to continue working with a great team while bringing superior service to our current and future residents and families,” Michalski said.
Michalski began her career with Wingate Healthcare as the Residences at Norton’ life enrichment director, a position she held for 12 years. In this role, Michalski planned a variety of programs tailored to residents’ interests and managed a team of activities assistants. For the past four years, Michalski served as Norton’s campus business office manager and worked closely with the community’s 150 staff members.
Prior to joining Wingate, Michalski was a recreation director for a New England-based nursing home and rehabilitation center, and a recreation therapist for a skilled nursing facility in New York. Michalski holds a Bachelor of Science in therapeutic recreation from Ithaca College, is a certified therapeutic recreation specialist and is a Rhode Island-licensed assisted living administrator.
