NEEDHAM, Mass. — One Wingate Way, a luxury independent living community owned and operated by Wingate Healthcare, has appointed Theresa Cinq-Mars culinary director. Cinq-Mars has over 20 years of dining services experience in skilled nursing, assisted living and independent living. As culinary director, Cinq-Mars will oversee the dining department at One Wingate Way as well as Wingate Residences at Needham, an assisted living community located on the same campus, creating seasonally inspired menus, planning and coordinating functions, hosting cooking demonstrations for residents and serving on the campus’s management team.

Prior to One Wingate Way, Cinq-Mars served as dining service director for a skilled nursing facility in Providence. She’s also served as dining service director of Wingate at Needham, a skilled nursing facility located on the same campus as One Wingate Way, and Wingate at Norton, an assisted living community in Norton, Mass.
Cinq-Mars is a certified dietary manager and holds a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University.
