ANDOVER, Mass. — Wingate at Andover, owned and operated by Wingate Healthcare, has appointed Sharon Spittle as administrator of the skilled nursing facility. Spittle joins Wingate after decades of experience working in health care and senior living facilities.
Prior to joining Wingate, Spittle served as an administrator, executive director, and other high-level positions for senior living communities throughout the state. During her most recent role as an administrator for a local senior living facility, Spittle managed the community through three successful state surveys, hired a new and successful management team and even presented the community’s effective cardiac program at a local hospital’s cardiologist conference.
Spittle has made it her life’s work to enhance the quality of life for seniors by improving the quality of care they receive through creative and established management principles. An impassioned leader with proven results, Spittle doubled the revenue while improving the standard of care for a previous senior health care facility where she served as executive director.
Spittle is also a long-time member of Massachusetts Senior Care Association, the state’s leading long-term care association.
Located at 80 Andover St, Wingate at Andover provides traditional long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, respite care, and skilled nursing for seniors.
