SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — Wingate at Springfield, a skilled nursing community owned and operated by Wingate Healthcare, has named Akua Boateng director of social services. A licensed social worker, Boateng has over eight years of experience as a therapist, case manager, behavioral specialist and clinician in hospitals, long-term care facilities and other healthcare settings.
